Dining

- Outside licensed health professionals may be coordinated when appropriate
A sample day at the table
Breakfast may include lemon-ricotta pancakes, eggs, fresh berries, and oatmeal; lunch might feature herb-roasted chicken with seasonal vegetables; dinner could bring grilled salmon, brown rice pilaf, and a colorful garden salad. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day.
Prescribed diets and outside guidance
Dietary needs are reviewed as part of the care process. When a physician prescribes a special diet, the residence determines whether it can safely provide it within its capabilities and applicable requirements.
